  • You can request a payout once you've accumulated at least $50 in earnings. Payouts are processed via Venmo, Zelle or direct bank transfer within 7-14 business days of your request.

  • You earn a one-time commission based on the plan your referral selects: $25 for Essential, $50 for Classic, and $100 for Pristine. The commission is paid after your referral completes their first cleaning service.

  • You receive your commission AFTER your referral's first cleaning service is completed. This ensures the customer actually uses the service. If they cancel before the first cleaning, no commission is paid for that referral.

  • You can reach us anytime via call, text or email. We aim to respond quickly!

  • Share Divine Cleaning & your unique affiliate code on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), with friends and family, in community groups, or anywhere your network might benefit from house cleaning services. Be authentic and transparent — let people know you're an affiliate and earn a commission when they book.

  • No! Anyone can join our affiliate program, whether you're a current customer or not. All you need is the desire to share our services with your network and earn commissions.

  • Yes. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of our terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms our brand. We expect all affiliates to promote ethically and authentically. Follow FTC guidelines and be transparent with your audience.

  • Effective Date: January 28, 2026

    This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Divine Cleaning (Divine Preservation Services LLC) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") who agrees to these terms by participating in the Affiliate Program ("Program").

    1. Participation in the Program

    1.1. Enrollment: To participate in the Program, you must submit an application through our designated signup process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

    1.2. Unique Affiliate Code: Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique tracking code. This link is essential for tracking referrals and attributing commissions. If referrals do not use your code, commissions may not be properly attributed.

    2. Commission Structure

    2.1. One-Time Commission: You will earn a one-time commission when a new customer successfully books and completes their first cleaning service through your affiliate link:

    • Essential Plan: $25.00 USD

    • Classic Plan: $50.00 USD

    • Pristine Plan: $100.00 USD

    2.2. Commission Eligibility: The commission is paid AFTER the referral's first cleaning is completed. If a booked service is canceled or not completed, no commission will be paid.

    3. Payout Processing

    3.1. Minimum Threshold: Earnings accumulate on our Google Spreadsheet. Payouts are processed once you reach a minimum of $50.00 USD.

    3.2. Payout Methods: Available via Venmo, Zelle or direct bank transfer, subject to third-party service terms.

    3.3. Processing Time: Approved payouts are typically processed within 7-14 business days.

    3.4. Taxes: You are solely responsible for all tax obligations associated with your earnings.

    3.5. Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust or reverse commissions for returns, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or incomplete services.

    4. Affiliate Responsibilities

    4.1. Ethical Promotion: You agree to promote Divine Cleaning in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner. Your content must be truthful and not misleading.

    4.2. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and disclosures (clearly disclose your affiliate relationship).

    4.3. Prohibited Activities:

    • Generating artificial referrals through bots or deceptive practices

    • Using spam, unsolicited emails, or illegal advertising methods

    • Making false or misleading statements about Divine Cleaning

    • Promoting on websites with illegal, hateful, or offensive content

    • Purchasing ads or bidding on keywords containing “Divine Cleaning" without written permission

    5. Company Rights

    5.1. Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor your promotional activities for compliance.

    5.2. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your participation and withhold unpaid earnings if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm our brand reputation.

    5.3. Program Changes: We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or portal announcement.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    The Program is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six months preceding any claim.

    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Stanislaus County, California courts.
